Did You Know Phoenix Eggs Are Blue?

Yesterday I received a beautiful Tansu session from the truly gifted Annu Tara. Now, Tansu is completely new to me, but like almost all bodywork I receive (holistic massage, reiki, Indian head massage, shiatsu), it shifted me into an altered state. When I’m in this kind of state, this plane of consciousness, I find that images, words, colours, stories, wisdom, understandings come through.

I don’t know where they come from. I don’t know whether these are communications from angels, goddesses, my own inner self…. But what I do know is that they always reveal something new to me. They give me back a piece of my self.

Towards the end of yesterday’s session, I received a message. And I wanted to share it with you. I’m not going to pick it apart. Explain it. Or interpret it. I’m just going to leave it as it is, because it feels just perfect that way.

“Did you know phoenix eggs are blue?”
“Blue? No.”
“Yes, blue. Blue like the colour of a robin’s egg. Cool like a tall glass of water. Because a cooling off period is needed after a time of Great Transformation.”
