Tender touch – fingertips tracing lightly
across bare skin.
Wishes and dreams
and longings and desires
and cravings and ambitions

Invitations to be delighted.

You’ve ordered your favourite drink and you’re now sitting in your favourite spot. A woman enters into the cafe. She glances around the cafe and makes eye contact with you. She sits down opposite you. She is your 2014. What does she look like? What can you tell about the way she’s dressed? The way she moves? Does she speak to you, and of so, what does she say? Do you have any questions for her? If yes, ask them now. When you’re ready, thank her for meeting you, and come back into the present moment. Note down in your journal everything you can remember about your meeting.
