We are moving through incredibly challenging times right now, my lovely. And as such, you might find that you are being called to show up, be present, respond to crises, practice resilience while also managing your own health concerns, mental wellbeing – care of the self and care of the soul.
I get it. I hear you. I am navigating these choppy waters too. But really helping me right now are my own personal practices of goddess guidance and knitting.
My work with the goddess archetypes as they show up in story, in image, in behavioural patterning brings me the gift of perspective, which I can use to develop coping strategies, sovereignty, understanding, empathy, presence.
And my work with yarn, my needles dancing in quick rhythm, their gentle click, the wool flowing between my fingers as it finds its place in the fabric of things, brings me the gift of peace, which I can use to find my centre again, to breathe deep, to listen to my wise inner voice.
These gifts are getting me through. But I know that we are just at the beginning of this momentous global event – and we may have some difficult times ahead of us. And so, my love, I want to bring these gifts to you.
