I have always believed that everyone is unique and special, and that the human soul is a precious thing. In my work offering thousands of women guidance through goddess archetype and myth, I have made it my mission to support others to come into greater awareness of their own specialness — of their light — so that they might choose to show up and shine on their own terms, with sovereignty and confidence. Because if we do have a purpose in this lifetime, a calling that is specific to each of us, I believe it is to reveal more of our light — to ourselves first, and then to the world.
Since embarking upon my studies into astrology and the integration of chart work into my Goddess Guidance work, I have seen the power and sovereignty available in being aware of the qualities of our own brilliance. As James Hillman wrote, “We dull our lives by the way we conceive them.” Luminescence is an astrology reading designed to change that — to help you conceive of yourself as the singular, radiant, meaningful soul you truly are. It is my deepest honour to witness you in that. Together we will explore the particular complexities of your chart to divine where the light lives in you, how it expresses itself, and how it might evolve.
Luminescence is not a forecasting tool. My approach to astrology is not to tell you the future — it is to use the birth chart as a mythic mirror through which you might better see yourself as the multifaceted, singular soul you truly are. You will leave this reading with a deep understanding of yourself and the special qualities of your own light — feeling genuinely seen, sovereign and equipped to shine on purpose.
Over the course of 60–90 minutes we will explore your chart together, focusing specifically on the solar and lunar placements in your natal and progressed charts, your rising sign and your chart ruler. I read a chart through symbol, archetype and story — drawing upon my academic background in literature, text and cultural production, alongside my many years of professional astrology practice. I believe that human beings reach their deepest understanding through the medium of story, and so together we will find the stories living in your chart as a way to fully reveal your luminescent self.
Your light has always been there. Luminescence is simply the invitation to finally see it.
